The Max.size of mold from NEOK is 1500mm x 1000mm. Hot half set system for the big part, filling of each gates were adjusted by valve nozzels to find better position of melting line. 1600T press used for mold trial. Cavity is cut in solid of plate in moldbase supplier as well as fine CNC milling to get good surfaces.
